At Raft Bookers, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for operational and safety commitments.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered the effective cancellation date.
Failure to arrive at the reporting location on time or absence on the scheduled date will be treated as a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted in such cases.
Rafting activities are subject to river flow, weather conditions, and government regulations. If Raft Bookers cancels a trip due to unsafe conditions, participants may choose between:
Cancellations due to medical reasons must be supported with valid documentation. Refunds, if any, will be processed at the discretion of Raft Bookers as per company policy.
For group or private raft bookings, special cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. Partial cancellations within a group may not be eligible for refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
Raft Bookers reserves the right to modify trip timings, routes, or logistics due to operational or safety reasons. Such changes do not qualify for cancellation or refunds.
