Welcome to Raft Bookers. By accessing our website, booking our services, or participating in any rafting activity, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
All rafting bookings must be made through our website, authorized representatives, or approved partners. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a confirmation message or email from Raft Bookers.
A partial advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the scheduled rafting date unless otherwise specified. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in cancellation without refund.
Participants must meet the minimum safety requirements, including age, weight, and health conditions. Raft Bookers reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who does not meet these criteria or appears unfit for rafting activities.
Rafting is an adventure sport involving inherent risks. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by guides at all times. Participants with heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or severe asthma are not permitted to raft. Mild asthma participants must carry inhalers and inform the guide prior to departure.
Raft Bookers provides standard safety equipment, including life jackets, helmets, paddles, and wetsuits (seasonal). Use of provided safety gear is mandatory throughout the rafting trip. Refusal to wear safety equipment will result in disqualification without refund.
Rafting activities are subject to weather conditions, water levels, and government regulations. Raft Bookers reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel trips due to unsafe conditions without prior notice. In such cases, alternative dates or suitable arrangements may be offered.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Raft Bookers is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, including electronic devices, valuables, or clothing during the rafting activity or transportation.
Raft Bookers may capture photographs or videos during rafting trips for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for the use of such media unless you explicitly inform us in writing prior to the activity.
Participants must behave responsibly and follow the instructions of guides at all times. Any misconduct, intoxication, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.
Raft Bookers shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in rafting activities, except where required by applicable law. Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
Raft Bookers may engage third-party service providers for transportation, accommodation, or other services. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party providers.
